Jennifer Murdock Percy | Utah Divorce Attorney; Bankruptcy Lawyer; Litigation Attorney
Jennifer Murdock Percy is an associate attorney at J. D. Milliner & Associates. She focuses on representing clients in family (divorce) law, bankruptcy and litigation cases. Jennifer became a member of the Utah State Bar in October 2011, and is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in Utah.
Jennifer graduated from the Gonzaga University School of Law in May 2011. While in law school, she was selected to serve as an Associate Editor of the Gonzaga Law Review, excelled in several school competitions for oral argument and writing, and was Co-president of Gonzaga Women’s Law Caucus.
Prior to attending law school, Jennifer obtained a B.A. in Political Science, with minors in Psychology and French from Boise State University. As an under- graduate, Jennifer also spent eight months studying abroad at the University of Pau, in Pau, France.
Jennifer began her legal career as an office assistant at the small law firm of Bolinder Dunn, PLLC, in Boise, Idaho. As a law student Jennifer was a law clerk with the Gonzaga Environmental Law Clinic, the Washington State Attorney General’s Office, and the Spokane City Prosecutor’s Office. Prior to joining J.D. Milliner & Associates, Jennifer worked at the law firm of Salberg Murdock representing clients in family law, criminal and bankruptcy cases.
Jennifer has a history of working with volunteer organizations, and is presently involved with Heber Helping Heber and the Wasatch Community Foundation.
